Solofa F. Fatu Jr., better known by his ring name Rikishi, is an American professional wrestler with Samoan ancestry. He comes from a line of Samoan wrestlers called the Anoaʻi family. Since joining the World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment in the ’90s, Rikishi’s weight snowballed, which ultimately led him to lose his contract.
Rikishi’s weight was at a whopping 425 pounds, which isn’t a comfortable or healthy number. Luckily, the 54-year-old was able to turn his life around by joining a gym to clock in 30 minutes of cardio every day. He is now reportedly 300 pounds, having gone down by approximately 125.
Peter Kay - Undisclosed Weight Loss Method
Comedians can easily let their weight go uncriticized by playing it off as a joke a few too many times. However, a bizarre figure on the scale isn’t a joke for one’s health, which is why Peter Kay resurfaced in 2019, looking many pounds lighter after a brief hiatus.
The 47-year-old British comedian/actor was never one to talk about his weight struggles publicly. Therefore, no one is entirely certain as to how he achieved the loss of weight. Hopefully, Kay can maintain his weight as he continues to star in his own comedy series on BBC, Peter Kay’s Comedy Shuffle.

With the right exercise and diet, she was able to lose the 100 pounds she gained. Chrissy still has a long way to go, though we do wonder if she plans to get a tummy tuck surgery as well. Aside from This Is Us, Metz also appeared in Superstore and Breakthrough in 2019.
