Now it's Shannon Sharpe who has the honor of trading opinions with him on "Skip and Shannon: Undisputed."
JOE BUCK – $12.5 MILLION (MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL)
There's hardly anyone who doesn't love the veteran sports commentator Joe Buck. He worked with Fox from the inception of Fox Sports in the '90s up until 2022. And in that period, he won the national Sportscaster of the Year Award three times. The son of famous sportscaster Jack Buck, Joe inherited genes that have now made him a substantial amount of wealth.
While at Fox, he earned $6 million every year. But in 2021, the network paid him up to $11 million, which was the deal for his one-year extension. Now that Buck has moved to ESPN, he is expected to earn a whopping $12.5 million.

Prime Video's "Thursday Night Football" play-by-play announcer Al Michaels is a legend in sportscasting. Not many can boast of over half a century's experience in the field. Michaels is among the most famous sportscasters of all time. If experience translated to his paycheck, he should earn more than $11 million today. But look at us asking for more than $11 million as if that's not already a lot. This new pay is still a welcome upgrade from the $8 million Michaels earned at NBC.

Sports media personality and radio host Colin Cowherd is one of the original hosts of ESPN's "SportsNation." He started working with the network in 2003 and left for Fox in 2015. Well-known for hosting several sports TV shows, he has risen in ranks within the industry and is one of the most celebrated sportscasters of our time.
Despite his constant controversial statements, Cowherd is appealing to sports networks partly for his no-nonsense approach. So much so that he is well compensated with annual pay of $6 million. His show on Fox Sports, "The Herd with Colin Cowherd," remains one of the most watched shows on television.

Since the '90s, Holly Rowe has remained a valuable asset to ESPN and is one of the most popular faces on the network.
